I was not able to wait: I had to get two more controllers (so that I have all 4), Dead or Alive 3 and Rallisport Challenge. I am figuring, I have to be able to show these games to interested people to motivate them to buy an XBOX.

XBOX! Microsoft has dictated a fixed price of 479 throughout Europe. I was planning to get it directly from the Austrian wholesale distributor but the Saturn/Media Markt chain of stores where selling it today at 399 which is even below what they are paying for it. So the decision was clear: get it today. I bought Halo and Mad Dash Racing with the XBOX to get some demo material, the other games that I am interested in, I am going to buy from the distributor, where I get them much cheaper.

At the same time I have started playing Metal Gear Solid 2 on a borrowed PS2, because I just love MGS. The coming weekend Maria is abroad so I’ll stay in bed and just game like crazy.

Little time past midnight Maria finally announced to me that she will be my girlfriend. She is turning out all that I ever hoped for and so much more. We set Feb 20th to be our anniversary date which incidentally is a great date: 20.02.2002

I bought the Karaoke machine today and found that if I make use of the Drobnik KEG’s trading license I can save 30%! If you ever want to buy something bigger like an electronic device you should consider buying it via our company because we get wholesale prices.

Carnival Tuesday. I went to the celebration of Monika’s master degree which doubled as a masquerade. Finally a chance to dress as Starfleet officer. Oh, and I met the woman of my dreams: Maria
