I made my first Flash Animation. My employer ONE had this motto at the time: “Simple. Fair. Innovative. With a Smile.”

I am also considering spicing up this site’s navigation, so “be shocked” when you return and all looks hip!

Today I bought my first pair of running shoes. Adidas Response TRV. Tried them out 30 minutes during sunset. For the first time I ran on my own. No military requirement, no friends dragging me outside.  Pulse was much too high of course (around 150) but I guess I did ok for a beginner.

The goal: to run away from aging. The final push to try and start came from Dr. med. Strunz whose book “Forever Young” I am currently devouring. Who knows, maybe I can even participate in the Vienna City Marathon some day.

Note the new $$$ section. There are a few programs out there that allow you to earn money with your PC. Said section lists and rates the programs I am a member of.

I cleaned up a few internals of this site like specifying proper encoding and language tags and putting in the proper RSACi tags.

I support freedom of expression and enabling individuals to decide for themselves what is suitable for viewing. RSACi tags allow for specifying appropriate maximum levels of violence, nudity, offensive language and sex.

So far this system is endorsed by Microsoft, Netscape, CyberPatrol and Compuserve.

Heureka!! I did have difficulties with updating my website with Frontpage from my PC at work. Upgrading to Internet Explorer 5.01 fixed my problems with FTP as well as my Frontpage handicap. 

What’s really cool about this website is that I can keep it on my PC at home, I can edited it from at work and and publish it to my bannerless and free I-ONE webspace.
